HORMONE YOGA FOR WOMEN - created for women who have these problems:

Hormone yoga for women is recommended to women from 35 years of age as a prevention due to the ovaries activity which start decreasing and gradually decrease the hormone production of the two main female hormones: estrogen and progesterone.
