The lessons will be live and will take place in a closed Facebook group. You see lecturers, lecturers do not see you. Immediately after the lesson, the video will be deleted to comply with on of the copyrights(not making a video recording of Hormonal yoga by Dinah Rodrigues. During the lesson you can write questions directly about the video of the lesson. the lecturers will answer your questions after the lesson.
 
WHY WON'T A VIDEO BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE LESSON?
Copyrights of Dinah Rodrigues does not allow us to provide a video recording of the exercise. We can provide online live lessons. Live lessons will take place from 4th October till 24th October 2021 every day including weekends in a closed Facebook group. For the first 12 days, the whole set will be taught in parts. After 12 days, you will be able to complete the set and repetitive lessons will begin.
 
DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE ALL LESSONS IN 21 DAYS?
You don't have to. You will have unlimited access to the Facebook group for 21 days. You can participate at any time. The schedule is adapted so that you learn the set more than perfectly. To master the ser perfectly, you only need to complete at least 4 lessons in the first 12 days and then as many repetitive lessons as possible.
